Date: 15 May 2016 (Sunday)

Time: 11:00 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Place: West Park, (with the biggest shelter reserved).

Address: 2700 W 116th St, Carmel, IN 46044.

Menu

Barbeque:

~ Hotdogs, sausage, chicken wings, Pizza

Pitch-In:

~ Every family is encouraged to bring the family’s favorite dish(es) with enough amount for the family.

Please take a number for each of your dish for luck drawing (抽中有奖)!

Events

Lucky Dish Drawings

~ One ticket per dish will be entered for the drawings

~ 10 gift certificates will be awarded to the lucky “chefs”

~Ceremony of Lilly STEM scholarship.

~ Plaques to be presented to ICCCI Chinese School admin and teacher retirees.

Games for both adults and children

~ Balloon Twisting

~ Face Painting

~ Tug of War

~ Dragon Dance

~ etc.
