ICCCI e-Invoice (Tuition Payment) Instruction (交学费方法)


Dear ICCCI students and parents,

We are excited to announce the launch of the on-line tuition payment service. No more lines to wait and checks to write. Register your classes online, and we’ll bill you later through email. Initial set-up is quick and easy!

Step 1:

· Register classes online at Indy-Chinese.com. There is no change to the current on-line registration process. You can find a tutorial video on the website if it’s your first time to register through ICCCI website.

Step 2:

· Students/parents will be sent an e-mail notification from 该E-mail地址已受到防止垃圾邮件机器人的保护,您必须启用浏览器的Java Script才能看到。 that your e-invoice is now available. You will not receive a paper bill. Keep in mind that it might take the volunteers more than a week to do the billing.

· Please reply the email if you find any errors on the invoice.

Step 3:

· You will receive an email immediately after you pay the invoice. The invoice will be marked as paid as following.
